Because each item is custom produced specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your item or a remake is needed, we are happy to help. In these situations, customers may be eligible to receive a discount toward a replacement or another item rather than a refund.
